Claims for products damaged or lost in transit should be made by Buyer to the carrier, as Sei Bella's responsibility ceases upon tender of goods to Buyer, Buyer's representative or common carrier.

Directions:

Can be used on wet or dry hair.
For increased conditioning, spray the product on wet or dry hair as a leave-on.
For lightweight conditioning, you can rinse it after 1 or 2 minutes.
