Return & Refund Policy
Unopened Products:
Sei Bella Salon Services will accept returns or exchanges for any unopened product(s) purchased on SeiBellaSalonService.com that is returned within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service. Return acceptance (for refund or exchange) is at the sole discretion of Sei Bella Salon Services. All items are subject to inspection. Refunds will be provided back to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Gently Used Products:
Sei Bella Salon Services will accept returns or exchanges for any Like New / Gently Used product(s) purchased on SeiBellaSalonService.com that is returned within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. Item must contain all original packaging materials & contents. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service. Return acceptance (for refund or exchange) is at the sole discretion of Sei Bella Salon Services. All items are subject to inspection. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to each item, including original shipping expenses. Final Refund will be provided back to the original payment method.

- Complete (1) of the three options to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):
- Complete the online Request Form

- Call our customer service department at (224)535-6030
- Please reference your original order # and note the items that you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with an RMA number (valid for 7 days from issue date).
- Pack the item along with the original order documents. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
* Shipping Rules. When an order is placed, it will be shipping to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the following shipping restrictions. All purchases from Sei Bella Salon Services.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from Sei Bella Salon Services.com pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Your full cooperation in any claim filing with carriers will be required in order to replace damaged and/or lost shipments. Sei Bella Salon Services.com orders can only be shipped to the continental U.S. (includes AK & HI) to a valid address. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses nor freight forwarders. Orders that do not comply with these rules will be cancelled and refunded.
