Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time, excluding weekends and select holidays.

Processing and shipping time may vary between 2-15 business days, depending on where your item is shipped to and the delivery option. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, processing times may vary.

All products are shipped F.O.B., point of origin. All purchases from seibellasalonservice.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss & title shall transfer to the Buyer upon tender of goods to Buyer, Buyer's representative, or common carrier.

The cost of any special packing or special handling caused by Buyer's requirements or requests shall be added to the amount of the order. If Buyer causes or requests a shipment delay, or if Sei Bella ships or delivers the products erroneously because of inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied by Buyer or its agents or employees, storage and all other additional costs and risks shall be borne solely by Buyer.

Claims for products damaged or lost in transit should be made by Buyer to the carrier, as Sei Bella's responsibility ceases upon tender of goods to Buyer, Buyer's representative or common carrier.

Sei Bella will provide proof of delivery upon request. SeiBellaSalonService.com orders can only be shipped to the continental U.S. (includes AK & HI) to a valid address including verified APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Orders that do not comply with these rules will be cancelled and refunded.
